Doggy 130 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 Hehe. While this is without a doubt very funny, I really want the Sharks to come back and give them a tough, long series. Nabby is moving like a pylon out there by the way. Anyone else noticed this?

Lou_Siffer 1 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 Nabokov once again proving he's a choke artist. They better give serious thought to finding a new netminder next year. SJ playing roughhouse sure would be nice here...

WhiteLightning91 105 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 (edited) The Sharks board is a thing of beauty right now Get the golf clubs polished and the dockers ironed, it's the off-season for you Sharkies! Way to go experts! (Yes, I know this series isn't over, but Ron Wilson has never been able to motivate his team out of the hole in the playoffs) Edited April 28, 2008 by WhiteLightning91
Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 I think the first two games of this series really underscore the importance of the Wings and Stars getting it done in 6 games in the first round. SJ looks like it has nothing left in the tank.
VM1138 1,921 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 Which is better, a long series with the winner being banged up (or potentially better trained and prepared for Round 3), or a short series where the winner could be rested (or out of shape and no longer in the high gear they were in?) I'm with the majority I think in hoping for the Sharks to make it a long series. I don't want to pick a winner, I'm sticking with my policy of not picking our poison. I know it's way too early, but wouldn't it be interesting for both the Wings and Stars to sweep and meet each other fully healthy and rested? Talk about a battle royale. Not looking past Colorado, though...just an idle thought.

vangvace 12 Report post Posted April 28, 2008 Wow the Stars are looking very dangerous. A Wings/Stars series would be nothing short of amazing. Except for Turco. I bet he's still having nightmares of Dats...
