Brooklyns is a easy place to meet up with people and just walk across the street to the can. Drinks are expensive and food is avg at best. There will be a bunch of wings fans there.

Are you kidding me - we ROCKED the Pepsi Center this year during the Wings games. In fact, I wouldn't be so sure there weren't more of us (Wings fans) than Avs fans at the last regular season game between the two teams. Combo of them doing poorly at that point in time and the Wings kicking their butts during the game (caused alot of Avs fans to leave)....Watch all the red jerseys on tv tonight.

you're right, there were a lot of wings fans at the game in December... I don't really think they outnumbered avs fans but I was certainly surprised to see a ton of wings fans.

My husband and I will be at game 4, sitting in 332 row 11 (I believe) I will be wearing my avs jersey and of course the hubby will be wearing a wings jersey. It's going to be an interesting night!

You're not kidding. Last night I watched a male Avs fan shove a female Wings fan three times as a good half of their section cheered him on. I'm sorry, I don't care if she called you out on your small penis or laughed at your Forsberg jersey, you never ever ever touch a woman like that. I've seen the ugly fights that break out at the United Center after a Wings/Hawks game, but never anything like that. I know I shouldn't judge an entire fan base on the actions of several individuals, and I'm sure there are Wings fans I'd rather not have representing our fan base, but I lost any respect I had left for Avs fans last night.

Their excuses are becoming epic, too. As we were leaving the Pepsi Center, I heard a guy ask his friend if he thought the Wings play with illegally long sticks.

I was at the game last night...up in the nose bleeds, but was still fun. The Denver locals love to cheer 'Red Wings Suck' when they score a goal or just during a play break. So when the Wings scored I'd stand up, in my Datsuk jersey and Wings hat, and start cheering the same exact thing just to taunt them...I think I confused some of them.

I feel bad for saying I lost all respect for Avs fans because you obviously don't deserve to be grouped with the bunch of idiotic assholes I saw last night.

You know what was almost more disturbing than their behavior? The Avs fans in our section that started cheering, rather loudly, for the Wings during the last 60 seconds of the game. I mean, yeah, I didn't see a shred of hope left for the Avs. But I also do not claim to be an Avs fan. Maybe it's just my grandpa's blood in me (my 80-year-old grandfather has not missed a Packer game at Lambeau field ever, no matter how cold and no matter how horrible the team was), but I don't understand how fans can abandon their team so quickly.

For all the Wings fans going to game 4, I hope this doesn't happen to you. I doubt it will happen, but I wanted to pass it on to be on the safe side. It would be absolutely disgusting if someone did this. Have fun at the game though!
