I think TheCaptain19 was stating that he didn't want to buy the Celebration of Champions Box Set in his post.

I think the only way to buy them individually is on VHS. If you want them on DVD you have to buy the box set.

I am absolutely FLOORED that John C McGinley is doing the voice work for the DVD. Who better to do the narration than a Cheli/Wings fan?

Thank God I ordered mine the night they won the cup! Trying to find that DVD here in Tx? You'd have a better chance of getting struck by lightning immediately after winning the lottery!

LOVE John McGinley. He's the main reason I watch the show anymore. They probably had to pay him a buck eighty, mostly because he loves Cheli and the Wings. Yeahhh, riiight.

As for finding the DVD in Texas, you're right. It ain't gonna happen. Also, FIRST you pretty much gotta have rain so you can have lightning. I don't know where you are here, but in central Texas we ain't had more than mebee a half inch in three months. Gittin' scary. As for winning the lottery here you might as well stand in beautiful downtown Lubbock or Amarillo, jes' let go of your hard-earned moolah and watch it blow away.

I've watched it twice now, I love it. Great coverage for Datsyuk/Zetterberg, Rafalski, McCarty, and the Playoffs. Can't wait for next years...

I just opened it up and there is a flyer inside saying that on 10/7 they will be releasing a DVD with all of the games from the finals.

I downloaded all the finals games onto my Ipod - I think it's about $10 for all, or $1.99 individually - quality is excellent. Then the Wings are with you wherever your Ipod goes. (even in my car, sadly)

My DVD is in the mail - Amazon has them for circa 18.99 plus free shipping cause I ordered something else to get me to $25.00...

Can't wait!

Ok just got done watching the DVD great video. Was harder than a ***** to find. I live in Minnesota, every Best Buy was out of them. Barnes and Noble didnt carry it, Borders was out as well as Circuit City after all the hustle and bustle. Got it at Suncoast in a mall. Was a fun day working and trying to find the damn thing. Oh well, it was all worth it.

Circuit City told me that they don't have enough room to have it in the store.

hahahahahahahaha.

And then when I got it at Barnes & Noble, I was wearing my championship hat, when I walked in they guy asked if I was looking for the DVD, he said that he had seen two other people come in with hats and shirts and he also asked them, he said they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. I said they must not have been real fans, and he said yeah n00b fans.

I gotta say, Hank is amazing. They show him scoring his goal in game 1 of the finals. They then flash to the bench celebrating the goal with Hank on it. Who knew he could be in 2 places at once.

Great DVD though! I've watched it 3 times now and will continue to do so the rest of the summer.

I ordered mine from Barnes and Noble and it shipped today, since not only am I in Minnesota, but the nearest city that *might* have it is an hour away (and with one day off of work this week, I figured that was the best shot).

It's always worth it to try and find Wings stuff here...sometimes you get surprised....I looked all over for the Sports Illustrated issue and finally found it at my local grocery store which totally shocked me as well, it's not even that big of a grocery store. Sometimes there's surprises everywhere.

Hopefully I'll have mine by the weekend. And believe me, I'll make time to watch it. (and then everyone in my life will spend the next month telling me to shut up about it)
