And my wife just told me that apparently, somehow, they can actually still counter our counter (we countered after it went into foreclosure) and it's not the bank that's countering, but the owner still. Again, I have no idea, the wife has more contact with our realtor (old family friend). Lilja probably knows more about real estate than I do. That's weird. I didn't think the owner of a house has rights to accept/decline an offer if the house goes into Foreclosure. I'm fairly confident Lilja does know more about real estate than you.
