55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 I can only watch when I'm down at my parents'. Usually I have the GDT and the real ticker on to keep up. That is, unless I'm working, which won't interfere with my Wings watching after next week as I'm getting laid off. On the brighter side, I get to see them in person on 1/3! Dad got tickets, and we're road-tripping to the Twin Cities! Whee! The person below me prefers flavoured dental floss to plain.

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 Yep, keeping the heat turned down to save money. I think I had it too cold. Nik didn't move when I gave him food, so I opened his cage, and he didn't move. I poked him, and we scared the daylights out of each other because we jumped so fast. He's fine, but if he's huddled up like that, maybe I need to keep him warmer. The person below me likes angel chimes. (I just found a box in my closet that I've had for years and didn't know it!) SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 Not really. I'm always busy and pre-occupied with something that waiting isn't really a big deal to me. The person below me can say breakfast biscuit really fast 10 times.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 I lost it on the fifth one. That's as bad as Unique New York. The person below me has done a paint-by-number.
Kronner55 1 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 I have... though it's been since about 1978... TPBM wondered at the game why the goal was disallowed.
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted December 7, 2008 (edited) I did, but wasn't surprised or upset that it was since it was pretty obvious it went in wide during replays. The person below me has smacked somebody else Three Stooges style before or has been involved in a Three Stooges skit of some kind. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 You mean with a person? No. With a certain hockey team, yes. Oh, and I love my hamster, Godson, parents, sisters and Sunday School kids too. The person below me keeps a dish of candy in the living room "for guests".
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 Nope, I'd just take all the candy myself if that happened. The person below me has gotten into a fight with their Christmas tree this year trying to set it up. 1 55fan reacted to this
puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 Nope, I'd just take all the candy myself if that happened. The person below me has gotten into a fight with their Christmas tree this year trying to set it up. the tree, not so much. That damned lit-up angel on top, however... I had some stern words for her. Actually, I put the tree up in the reception area at my office. I am at the office more than I am home, so I just decided to put it up there. Yes, I know. Pitiful. TPBM cooked dinner tonight and it was delish!!
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 I didn't cook at all tonight, but it was as yummy as yummy can be. We had a ladies' shindig at church and the guys did the cooking. Dave has a chicken recipe that is to die for. He gave it to me last year, but mine is never as good as his. The person below me has done something stupid in the last 24 hours. DaKineMaui 8 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 The person below me has done something stupid in the last 24 hours. "stupid"? I've led a mistake-free life so far, thus I lack any frame of reference. I'll just say no.. The person below me has done something stupid in the last 24 hours.
SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted December 8, 2008 Yep. Waking up early in the morning when I so desperately want to sleep in for just one day again. You could change that to 24 minutes, and doing something stupid will still hold true to me. Hell, 24 seconds and it'd still be accurate. The person below me sometimes wants to go where no man/woman has gone before, but will probably just stay where they live.

puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted December 10, 2008 (edited) considering i don't know what you are talking about im gonna say nope. TPBM has a wings jersey Three. Dominik (white, signed), Lids (red) and my 2002 "eternal" jersey, with the player name STANLEY and the number 10. Should be 11 now, I guess. TPBM likes cats, and owns or has owned one or more. They actually own you, but you know what I mean. edit: LDR = long distance relationship? If so, I have been in one with the Red Wings forever. SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted December 10, 2008 After a recent dog sitting over the weekend, I like cats more. Dogs while cute are hyperactive and attention whores and are too high maintenance. If I want to clean up after somebody/something that high-maintenance, I want it to be my son or daughter, when/if that ever happens. Cats, not so much high maintenance, but I don't know dittly about animals. The person below me thinks this short clip is absolutely funny, confusing, and defying of logic of how car mechanics work all at the same time.
