Once for a broken arm and once for a root canal. They were prescription, of course! (And quite honestly, I found that ibuprofen was better for the pain.)

The person below me finds most morning radio show "comedy" to be too irritating to deal with first thing in the morning.

My aunt, who has a brain tumor, but she's doing pretty well, all things considered.

The person below me would like to see Ericsson kick some butt both on the scoreboard and the fight card this year.

Unfortunately, I forgot to translate the time zone difference and woke up an hour late. I wish I had seen it. I saw a bit that they replayed later, and it was nice. Loved Liam putting on the jersey.

The person below me works more than 40 hours a week for pay (as opposed to parents who work 24/7 for no pay).

Parents get their pay in those little moments when you see your child do something that just fills your heart with warmth.

I am lucky enough to have a job that pays decent enough for me to survive on just my 40 hours. Although it's very tight, I manage.

The person below me worries about how they are going to buy groceries when the bank acct is down to $20 and payday isn't until next week.

Only if I'm in a hotel or other unfamiliar place. (Okay, maybe it's more because I'd worry about tripping over something if I had to get up in the dark.) At home, my stuffies keep the monsters away. tongue.gif

The person below me still has at least one of their childhood stuffed animals.

Theodore Donald Vincent Joseph Bear is still in the little rocking chair that used to belong to my grandfather. He's more of a decoration now, but he has been a good friend for most of my life.

The person below me has never seen a Wii.

I do. It gives the impression of being fun and cute. Which is probably why my in-laws used it for their non-stop-motion wheaten terrier.

The person below me is somewhat irked with the Wings' October schedule. (What do you mean, I have to go from Saturday to Thursday without seeing them play???)

Happy and not surprised. I said when Suh was drafted that he does not like to lose. He's a catalyst player, and has made the team better, as players of his ilk usually do.

The person below me is sometimes surprised when an older celebrity dies... because you thought they were already dead.

I honestly don't remember what I wanted to be as a child. But when I was ready to start college I thought I wanted to be a lawyer but I realized that was the wrong choice for me and never attempted it.

The person below me gets to meet some Red Wings tonight....I do!
