miller76 463 Report post Posted November 10, 2011 I typically stream Pandora through my computer or iphone while at work. Sometimes I just use the ipod as well. The person below me is going to give someone their last check today, like me.

WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 It's ok it will still be there in the spring. I have a "garden" behind my garage that was weeds when I moved in, wanted to get that cleaned out but haven't yet so I doubt it'll get done. The person below me has a job where your productivity is dependent on someone else.
Jenny 315 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 It is. And it's kind of a feast-or-famine thing-- either they're all slamming me with huge amounts of work at once, or they've got nothing for me and I have to scramble to find things to do. The person below me has or wants a Red Wings-related tattoo.
WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 Jenny your job sounds just like mine, and since we both do accounting it's not surprising. As for a tattoo I have none but if I were to get one it definitely would be Wings related after I had something for my kids done. The person below me gets to leave work early today. Jenny 315 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 I actually have today off. Not for Veteran's Day, just because I have a 9-80 schedule with every other Friday off, and today happened to be mine. Since today is 11/11/11, the person below me will be (or did, if you answer this later) making a wish at 11h:11m:11s.
WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 I was just talking about this with my co-worker. Lucky you having the day off. I will make a wish and hopefully post at just the right time! The person below me always keeps their wishes to themselves because they know if you say something it won't come true.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted November 11, 2011 (edited) But of course! I hadn't heard of this 11/11/11/11/11/11 wish thing, but I might as well. Can't hurt, and it's free. EDIT: Missed it. Poo. The person below me has had a disturbing dream lately. Edited November 11, 2011 by 55fan

SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted November 14, 2011 Same with me. I rarely make more than a peep even in a big game, I rarely yell at players themselves, I can deal with losing fine if it happens, sometimes your teams just stink a game every now and then. I absolutely lose my mind when officials play a bigger hand than necessary in determining an outcome of a game (happened twice this weekend, with my alma mater and my fav./local NFL team down here - thankfully both of them won in spite of horrid officiating). And nope, I drive a Toyota. The person below me wonders what Willis is talking about.
