What a joke of a speculative blog by the sporting news. And they compared him to Quincey? Hahaha they obviously didn't do their due-diligence. Sometimes I swear that Toronto fans and media sit around dreaming up what they would like to see happen and then they decide to print it somewhere just to see if maybe by printing it they can make it come true. I was never happier thanwhen their "wish" of acquiring Lindross finally came true and he sucked the big one with them; be careful what you wish for Leaf-blowers! The Sports Illustrated guy isnt much better. I think Hollands decision to have Ericsson down at the farm is just being stubborn about using kids on the team, but he wouldn't be dumb enough to deal him away for a goalie with a 4 mill price tag. Raycroft and Toskala have not been that, and every Leafs fan I know, hates the both of them, because they are that bad. Burke even called him out saying he isnt a starting goalie. WHY WOULD WE NEED THAT?! He isnt better then Osgood, why pick up a 4 million dollar contract for a frickin 6`5 defenceman that can have an impact in the NHL. Bloggers are dumb dumb dumb. We have too much dead weight, and the good prospects aren't going to want to languish in the AHL forever. I didn't realise Ericsson was 25. He needs some playing time, THIS SEASON.
