The bonus from the trip is that there is a 6 day layoff once the games are done there. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the teams that have started over there in the past did not have as much rest as the Wings will have once they get back. People (myself and most others on this forum included) say we all the time whether on this forum or others when they are talking about the their team (which technically it's not their team either since they have no ownership interest in then franchise).
