stevkrause 1,247 Report post Posted March 3, 2009 I wouldn't be surprised to see Holland throw a 5th, or 6th round pick to the Habs for Dandenault; he's not the best forward/defenseman out there, but he still has some speed/grit/ability left in him, & would fit in as a #6/#7 Dman. EDIT - Dandy's capable of this ---> people discount his toughness quite a bit... he's a bigger, tougher version of Lebda, with more defensive awareness and just as quick... why are people acting as though he's going to be our top pairing... as a 3rd pair d man, put him with Lilly when he's back and I LOVE it... This teams got to get lot meaner in my books, bringing up Downey is not enough ; we need an exstra doses of meaness in the line-up every night. That probably comes about because the Wings haven't stressed that part of the game for so long. This team doesn't mind if someone roughs them up after the whistle.
