Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted March 25, 2009 Nah, it wasnt that ugly. The Wings played a pretty solid game all around, with the exception of their shot choice and the giveaways. But all areas were pretty solid. So with the exception of the ugly stuff, eh? I'll give them that the defense was good, and was good last night. Even with all the nonsense giveaways and failed clears, they limited scoring opportunities, and Conklin played fine. But it was pretty much a snoozer. Yzerfan1999 81 Report post Posted March 25, 2009 I went to the game and had a GREAT time! Datsyuk and Franzen were the best players on the ice, and I was really impressed with Ericsson. If we win again, that'd put the Wings at 109 points with 50 wins. Chicago only has 11 more games, and even if they won out, they'd still only have 49 wins. Inultus 12 Report post Posted March 25, 2009 Franzen seems like he is getting ready for another playoff run like last year. Anyone have video of the huge hit just short of halfway through the game?
