Guest Four Report post Posted April 11, 2009 The rules for this dream team: CAN BE ANYONE IN THE NHL ON ANY TEAM HAS TO BE PLAYING IN NHL RIGHT NOW (no retirees!) DOESN'T REQUIRE CAP SPACE (although, keep it sort-of-fair.. Don't just put like ovechkin, crosby, malkin, datsyuk, etc) Mine would be: Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Holmstrom Hossa - Parise - Franzen Havlat - Leino - Hudler Downey - Draper - Helm Lidstrom - Keith Rafalski - Green Kronwall - Ericsson S. Hossa - Hemsky - Hudler - Playmakers galore! J. Neal - Helm - Shanahan - Grit, speed, experience, size... all good things. Lidstrom - Chara - Size and skill. Kronwall - Pronger - Size and skill. Ericsson - Lilja - Size, shot-blocking, sacrifice. Rinne - He's huge and quick. Osgood - He's a great goalie, but better when he's trying to steal the #1 spot. Dimaline312000 51 Report post Posted April 12, 2009 Well here is what I have on my NHL 09 Roster for PS3 now this is a few season's into it so there are changes but they have won me a few Cups on this game. Now I know not all the postions match what I have but like I said I've been very successful with what I have, plus this is a few seasons in and my cap is up by about $5-$8 more than what it really is now. They give you everything you want in a line Lucic Savard Iginla - Savard would make Iginla score 60 a year and Lucic is the best young power forward in the game today Heatley Getzlaf Nash - Great chemistry together. Are you kidding me? In case you haven't noticed next year's Olympics are on Canadian soil so Canada is going to be under loads of pressure to bring home the gold. Whose shoulders do you think they are going to put that burden on?? No other than the golden boy, Sidney Crosby and if you don't think he's gonna be on the first line then you are out of your tree!
