I couldn't count the amount of passes that were about a foot to far ahead of the guy, and how many pucks went from side to side of the Ana zone within 10 feet of the net with no one to punch it home. servo 15 Report post Posted May 2, 2009 I agree, fortunately we won the game. I personally was really really surprised that we had as many SOG as we did. Poor passing and no real good presence to the net in 5/5 play. We looked like we had lost a step from the 1st round and I don't think it was b/c of the opponent. titanium2 867 Report post Posted May 2, 2009 I'm happy for the win, no doubt. It's just that after the game I felt kind of like Anaheim lost more so than Detroit won. It was kind of like after Game 1 of the 1997 Conference Finals where Detroit played better but Roy stole the game. The reason this concerns me is because we all know what happened afterwards.
