Chicago Fans Complaing about Missed Calls

Hard to argue with your arrogance here... as I said, your team's the best til somebody knocks them off.

Still, it boggles my mind that fans of the champions would actually be caught believing there exists some conspiracy to favor another team... to be honest, I'm kind of embarrassed for you guys. I also included examples of other teams' fans who believe the same nonsense about your team, just for perspective. (I thought you'd enjoy the one about Bettman giving Datsyuk a free pass, in particular.)

True, Crosby's cuplessness is because of your guys, though I think the fact he's barely past the legal drinking age has a little bit to do with things too. Give him a little time.

What boggles the mind is that you read what a mere (and i'm greatly exagerating) 50 posts, and you believe that it reflects the millions of Red wing fans opinions.

There is always a handfull of fans that criticise for the sake of being critical.

This is one of the only web sites that I go to because most of the fans on here are very respectful and have real hockey knowledge.

There is no need to be embarassed for us, because like I said, it's only a handfull of opinions that you are reading. If you do feel the need to be embarassed go back to the Pens forum and read all the "I wish that Hossa gets injured or maimed comments", because that is trully embarassing.

Anytime that Nick Lidstrom takes 2 penalties in a game, I know the officiating is at the very best, slightly tilted in the other team's favor. He takes a legitimate penalty once every 10 games or so, but those calls on him last night were absolute garbage. Datsyuk, Hossa, and Zetterberg deal with plays like that from the opponent every shift. If they were to consistently call penalties like the ones the refs called on Lidstrom last night, then the Wings would be on a powerplay 55 of the 60 minutes.

Talk about a homer. One of them was a high stick that was completely obvious. So as far as penalties that may or may not have been called, there was a total of 1. The other one was a "maybe".

You should watch the games...

Generally speaking, bad/missed/good calls eventually work themselves out for both teams involved. Officiating is always, always going to be inconsistent when human error gets involved. That's just natural and to be expected. If Blackhawk fans where whining about calls earlier in the series, they got their justice in the 1st period of last game.
