That call for interference though, was a rather weak call given what they let go typically...but we'll take it. We need to get a 2 goal lead and keep the pressure on. The Pens offense is too good to give them the puck for most of the game.

The announcers for the NHL are frankly, "s***TY!!" and completely biased. The mute will be on tonight with the Neighborhood listwening to KISS.... "Detroit Rock City!!!!

Average 1st period, thought we hang 3 on them in the first but not mad yet. Good to be leading but would like to see some better passes out of the defensive zone. If Hossa signed that deal with Pittsburgh, they don't have the money for Fedotenko, Guerin, Satan and half the other guys they brought in. NO guarantee the Pens would have even made the Finals with Hossa.

Emerick is pertty good with eh calls (and I get him here all the time with the Devils), I like Pang, I can handle McGuire when he's doing a game they Wings aren't playing but the rest, Milbury, Olczyk and Pierre's anti Wings crap gets old fast.

I know it's what they're being told to parrot in their earpieces but I'd say let Emerick call the game and let Pang do color like he does for Phoenix/Hamilton/Lad Vegas

Don't forget the goal on Fleury. It wasn't Fleury's fault at all, apparently. Go into your receiver's speaker setup and turn the volume as low as it can go. THat should make it at least appreciably lower than the others, assuming you can't drop it 40dB or so.

I think Zetterberg has been VERY good tonight. He's producing offensive chances, and he's also making some very strong defensive play. Datsyuk is doing well too. He doesn't look 100%, but he's still a very good 90%.

Most people don't understand that. If Hossa hadn't signed with the Wings, we might be watching a final with 2 completely different teams right now.

What happened was probably the best thing for all parties involved.
