Snazzy 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2009 Damn, if the guy would have just played in the AHL for a couple years, he might have improved to solid NHL material.

Guest CaliWingsNut Report post Posted September 30, 2009 Lotta hate in a thread for someone most here have likely never seen beyond a few film clips. Just because he doesn't want to devote years of his life away from his home for a chance at something (whatever it is), doesn't make him crazy or an ass. uk_redwing 495 Report post Posted September 30, 2009 Never seen a guy so big play so soft and just generally glide around the ice like a lazy piece of s***. Grand Rapids is better off without him.
Carman 387 Report post Posted September 30, 2009 Lotta hate in a thread for someone most here have likely never seen beyond a few film clips. Just because he doesn't want to devote years of his life away from his home for a chance at something (whatever it is), doesn't make him crazy or an ass. To be given the chance to play hockey for the greatest organization in the game and then just piss it away really irks me personally. If it was the first time this happened I'd give him a pass, but we took a shot on him after the first time he quit. He made the commitment to play hockey professionally and to not even want to try to play at the highest level with the tools he has, I don't know I think he is crazy.
