Well hey, at least George Malik thinks/hopes/it appears to him that Kronwall only has a sprain and out for a couple of weeks. Granted he likely doesn't know all that much about knee injuries but at least someone's optimistic.

Well, he did, he stuck out his leg and hit Kronwall in the knee. There is no middle ground on this one he went out of his way to make that hit.

I dont think laraque purposely wanted to hurt nick, i think he just chose not to pull his leg back in which he of all people should know is a dangerous play. I don't think anywhere in his mind did he intend to hit kronner like that, he just didn't pull his leg back in and hit him worse than he thought he would maybe?

It looked like he was trying to trip him, not knee him, but still if you stick out your leg for any reason, you are responsible for what happens. Period. In my mind what he did was with intent, even if what the results were werent his actual intent.
