wow the refs give the NYR three non calls IN A ROW. a hold, a trip and a ******* DIVE

After the past few weeks of f***ed up calls/non-calls from the officials, somehow I'm not upset or angry after that. Just, indifferent, I guess <_< . I pretty much expect s***ty officiating now  .

Don't you love the consistency of the league

Can anyone tell me the last time a dive was called as a penalty? I don't think I've seen one since before the lockout, in all honesty. Is it still a penalty?

EDIT: What the hell, every three seconds a Ranger is flat on the ice, looking like they were shot. This is another embarassment for the NHL.

The fact that this looks like Ovechkins hit/knee and everybody here is saying how it wasn't a penalty proves how biased these opinions are in this forum. Double standards anyone?

It wasn't knee on knee though. He caught him in the midriff if anything. Avery just threw his leg up to embellish it.

The officiating in this league is just awful, all over the place. I know we complain about Bettman enough, but how do Terry Gregson and Colin Campbell keep their jobs?

Another penalty? He sold the hell out of that one, throwing his stick into the air.

you're on crack if you think that looked anything like Ovechkin's hit.

Really? Z stuck out his leg. Bottom line. Why is it not a penalty? ?Because it was on Avery and being called on the Wings?
