Guest Blackhawkdown Report post Posted January 7, 2010 This was your first post about San Jose, dumbass. What exactly does this post have to do with this thread? Its not about the Blackhawks or St Louis, you were just talking trash in a BLACKHAWKS thread to start s***. Off topic, but Sharks are tearing it up with a 8 game winning streak. They seem almost unstopable and have earned the #1 spot in the entire NHL (and first team of the season to make it past 60-points). Hope Wings can upset them on January 9th. We should have both Cleary and Zetterberg back by then *crosses fingers*
Miller Brew 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2010 (edited) You're welcome to use the "Report" button under my avatar. And if that doesn't get me banned, there is a "Ignore" feature on LetsGoWings that you are welcome to use. I'm sorry a post made January 3rd bothers you so much. Ignore me if you don't like the fact that I'm not sold on (or suck off) your team. This was your first post about San Jose, dumbass. What exactly does this post have to do with this thread? Don't worry, this will be my last post addressing you. With your obvious bias and stupidity it makes it a waste of time to try and have a decent debate with you. And I dont "report" people, thats just stupid. You can say whatever you like, I couldnt care less, but when you post such ridiculous posts I have been compelled to respond, which has been a waste of time. So continue your hate for the Hawks, and making excuses for their success. Its what you do best and you are quite good at it.
FlintGangster 47 Report post Posted January 8, 2010 Kopecky with another goal tonight as Chicago routs the Bruins in Beantown 5-2. Chicago has now scored at least 4 goals in 8 straight games. I think the Red Wings have been shut out 8 times this season.

I haven't made any excuses and thanks for letting us know that you keep on winning. It's good to have people tipping us off on this bit of news. I'll leave you to Miller Brew, who you seem to have a fondness for. You're obviously just here to troll and start stuff with people. What do you care if you get banned from here, am I right? I think the Red Wings have been shut out 8 times this season. That's because Red Wings suck. The team can't even handle a little adversity. We all know if Hawks had 9 of their top players out (I would list Hawks 9 best players on their team, but I don't know who they are besides Hossa and Tavez), they'd easily have 90 points in 44 games. That's how good they are! Chicago should start planning for the cup parade now so it's all ready for June. Edit: Chicago won tonight? Marc Savard didn't play, did he? I guess these guys didn't play either. Mark Stuart Patrice Bergeron Andrew Ference Milan Lucic Byron Bitz Boy, can Chicago really stomp an injury riddled team or what. Hawks are the bestestesss to ever lace em up! Wouldn't it be kinda funny if Chicago gets the injury bug (top 9 players out 2-4 months each) just a week before playoffs begin. Lol. That would be EPIC and bad karma for Hawks trolling and bragging out good their team is against other injured teams. Oh, that would be too funny I believe in Karma, you should too. Guest GordieSid&Ted Report post Posted January 8, 2010 I was wondering what GMR's opinions were on this choice of opponent: Just one more reason to love David Backes. Anyway, it's not about GMR. He's a good poster. I just think his assessment of Backes is off. Like I mentioned already, this is the type of player Backes is. Talented, power forward who tends to fight guys in his size and talent level. Corey Perry is the epitome of this. Players like Backes are not there to fight heavyweights. IMHO, Backes does not act like a "tough guy". He acts like every other guy with some toughness when confronted with guys who aren't as tough as him. It's called intimidation and by trying to intimidate other players you're simply doing your job. Backes has proven he'll step up and fight guys that are in his weight class and ability. Backes isn't a punk because he avoids heavyweights. He's simply a guy who knows his value to the team and knows his limitations. Why on earth would he want to trade punches with Colton Orr for example? Oh, and if you noticed, Backes motions and takes off the helmet first before Perry. At least pukey perry obliged and did the same. Like I also said before, when given the chance, i.e. not when he's getting jumped by somebody for a hit he's laid, Backes will absolutely take off the visor. Love this kid Backes. Oh, that would be too funny I believe in Karma, you should too. haha, do you have like an excuse rolladex or something? You ALWAYS make some excuse as to why the Hawks win, why dont you give it a rest already? According to you the Hawks havent had not ONE impressive win all season. Injuries are a part of the game, and at the end of the day you either win or you lose. You can play the "what if" game all you want, and make excuses all you want, but that doesnt change the winners and the losers, period. If the Hawks get hit by the injury bug then I will just have to deal with it. I am not going to go around crying about if so and so wasnt hurt we would have won, thats ridiculous. Thats why every game is important (yes, even games in December/January. You never know when your team is going to get hit with injuries, and you need all the points you can get so if/when that happens, you have a good cushion and can afford to drop a few until your guys get back. GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted January 8, 2010 I was wondering what GMR's opinions were on this choice of opponent: No problem with his choice of opponent. They deserve one another. I was hoping one of them would be hurt after the fight, but I guess that only happens to our players. Perry looked a little lost without his visor in that fight. Miller Brew 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2010 The domination continued tonight as Marian Hossa scored his 3rd and 4th goals in 2 days. Minnesota 1 Blackhawks 4 It's like watching Jordan's Bulls in the 90's. Nobody can touch them...right now. Yeah that Hossa is a real stud when it comes to the regular seasons. Besides, Jordan's Bulls never had to rely on someone like Cristobal Huet to be their most important player come playoff time. The Wild beat the Hawks tonight. Yes, you heard that right... a 12th seed team that probably won't even make the playoffs put six past Cristobal Huet. Hawks only managed 25 shots on goal. Huet is going to be awesome in the playoffs
