marcaractac 3,963 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 I did. Every series in the East is going exactly how I thought it would. No series in the West is going how I thought it would. I picked both the Bruins and Flyers to win. Same. The east is always so easy to predict. Only series I recall getting wrong the past couple years was Carolina over Boston last year. I still have a shot at getting the west right to. I still think Chicago will beat the Preds. I knew the Preds would give them a hard time anyway. The only series I hope to get wrong is the Vancouver/Kings series, because I hate the Canucks and would love to see the Kings put them out.
softshoes 83 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 I love playoff overtime hockey. You can cut the tension with a knife. I felt bad for Miller, he played great. I saw the Canucks conspiracy thread. Is part of the conspiracy them not being able to kill a power play?
titanium2 867 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 Is Doughty a serious candidate for the Norris? If he were to win it would he be the youngest ever?

Zenith 2 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 The Canucks PK is far worse than the Wings in the last year's regular season
titanium2 867 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 I'm not sure what it is about the Canucks PK. Is it all on Bobby Loo?
FunkedUp 29 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 Luongo is the most over rated goalie that I can recall. He hasn't proved himself under any circumstances, and is a perennial post season failure. I wish he didn't win a Gold with Canada, so I could say that he hasn't won anything. Though, Luongo wasn't, in any way, the reason for Canada's success. That would be Drew Doughty. Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted April 22, 2010 (edited) There's been to many penalties being called this playoffs. At least it has been consistent from regular season to playoffs. That seems like an iffy call at very best. I think it looked iffy because it clipped Johnson's visor. It's not as clear cut when it makes direct contact with the face. aflac9262 211 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 (edited) What a turn of events after that penalty. Canucks finally showing some emotion here as well (about time). Edited April 22, 2010 by aflac9262

And you know, I think the Wings-Coyotes series has been fine, no complaints about penalties so far, but it just seems like there's a lot in the other series. Almost one after the other.
