I wondered, too, how Jimmy is taking the talk about Nabby. It could just be talk, but he had to have taken a look at his situation. Nabokov is a veteran, and proud - he would fight for number 1 in Detroit, of that I have no doubt.

Either way, Jimmy needs to focus and be the man if he wants to keep his spot.
