@renhockey: The rights of Maxim Talbot were traded to the Maple Leafs. They have until noon july first to make a deal.

Not sure this is very likely to end in the Leafs' favor.

He's pissed. He would have traded a 3rd rounder for those rights.
Just for the record, the weather today is slightly sarcastic with a good chance of rain.

Yeah, by now I imagine everyone has seen - I just did - that this is in fact untrue. Pittsburgh allowed other teams to contact Talbot's agent for a 48-hour window which began Sunday and is now over.

apparently it was only a 48 hour window..

Bob McKenzie Twitter!

TSNBobMcKenzie Bob McKenzie Talbot's 48 hour window to negotiate with TOR has expired, PIT still owns his rights. And that's where we're at right now. Got it? Good.

I am so confused...
"It is a lot easier to be an ******* to words than to people"-xkcd

Tootoo does NOT belong on this team. He is classless and I would rather see the Wings be bad than classless. I feel the same way about Bertuzzi as well, but he at least CAN make the team better. With Tootoo the team becomes worse and in danger of being classless. Would you have liked Claude on the team? Or Roy? No. So why would you be okay with that POS.
