A credible rumor is something that originates from an insider - not from you. And it used to be one of the rules of the forum that you need to provide a source for all rumors.

There are plenty of rumors every year about the draft - For example this year: Carlsson to Anaheim 2nd overall instead of Fantilli, was a real thing before the draft being talked about by insiders, and it turned out to be true - But Stutzle to Detroit was never one of them. Fanboy writers going "Seiders German and Stutzles German, wouldn't that be neat" or "Stevie isn't afraid to draft outside the norm, maybe he takes Stutzle?" isn't a rumor.

The difference is, I am posting about a rumor that I really did hear, as did several others. So either several people are just coincidentally making up the same random rumor out of thin air, or it really did exist.
