While I do agree that Larkin is a legit 1C (just as Tavares is seen as a 1C), but Dats was clearly on a different level and was capable of elevating his linemates play - same was said about Yzerman and Fedorov...Larkin is good, but not that good.

Literally nobody thinks Larkin is better than Datsyuk or Zetterberg.

The debate was whether Larkin was similarly talented to Brayden Point, not whether Larkin was similarly talented to Pavel Datsyuk.

Copp has blown me away tbh, just putting him between two guys who work hard isn't making him seem like such an overpay even if the offense dries up a bit just grind them down. The less time we spend in our zone the better.
