He's gotta add one thing to his game that he can really lean on whether it be to benefit his o or d game. He hustles when he wants to if he did it all the time he'd easily be a 50 goal scorer. Simply just working on his shot and putting on a bit more muscle is gonna make him worth that extension. I have faith he's still fairly young

Up until that OT I'd say we deserved 2 points. Ottowa showed great care for the puck but our forwards need to know when to have a bit more bite. If you can't get the puck at the very least level the guy so he can't jump right back into play.

Makes more sense for them than us tbh

I think the only way this team doesn't make the playoffs is if we get hit bad with the injury bug. It seems like the boys have truly bought in to the kind of hockey Derek wants them to play. I'm sure either Hudson or Lyon can stay consistent enough to get us to the promise land

Copp has blown me away tbh, just putting him between two guys who work hard isn't making him seem like such an overpay even if the offense dries up a bit just grind them down. The less time we spend in our zone the better.

I think the only negative is the team becoming to Kane - Cat centric. I'd prefer they play apart besides pp when he comes back. Unless they play with Larks in the middle I don't want to see them together.

I think mom laid on her side the whole time when he was conceived lol she didn't throw it back or move at all. That Baby is all Chuk... When it comes to Matthew clearly she was a ride or die that night. Hips don't lie lol

Yeah too much puck watching going on, I think board play is the biggest issue in the d zone specifically with our dmen. Other than Chiarot Seider and Walman no one else seems to consistently handle it well. Stop wrapping guys up Cough Cough Petry, Holl.. just give them a good shove and if it's not gonna put heads into the boards make sure your knocking these forwards on the ice. Other than that I have nothing to complain about puck movement has been great & offensively it looks like we are hitting our stride again. I think it be a good time for Yzerman to make a move. Inject a bit of confidence in the boys and let our young guys get a taste of the playoffs. It would really bode well for next season no doubt.
