I didn't get it for $2.21 today but I got it for $2.21 yesterday.lol.

Thaught it was kinda funny today when I found out the foreman on the construction site I am working on share's the same wedding anniversary as me and Jen. It's weird what you find out with random small talk.

so I got home from work and my mom told me that my dog was attacked! My dad was mowing and left the gate open, Bowser never leaves the yard, door open gate open whatever, he stays. Well my mom heard all this noise and barking and like aggressive noise so she ran out there and saw my neighbor chasing two big dogs away. He said he saw them go into our backyard and Bowser chased them out barking at them and they turned and had him pinned down on the ground :nervous: I guess he was really freaked out and wouldnt let my mom go near him. she finally checked him over and he doesnt seem to be hurt, but his fur is all messed up and he is still really skittish......

we've checked him over really good a few times, and he seems to be good. Pretty much back to his normal self....just a bit jumpy. From what my mom said it sounds like she heard the barking and went out right away, and my neighbor rounded the corner just as the other dogs pinned him down and yelled at them. I guess thats what made them leave. she said they were bigger than my dog, so I dont even know what kind they were....my dogs kinda big haha

When is the LGW's Party?

I will bring the beer...

I am hoping to have parties for the playoffs this year. I am not sure if the 56" tv will fit down the stairs, if not we may just have to buy a try flatscreen for down there. I am going to do some nice wiring for the surround sounds as well. I am hoping they leave the stove, fridge and freezer from the downstairs kitchen (they only listed one set on the listing and I am guessing that is for the upstairs, main, kitchen.

Can finally purchase a Pool table, ping pong, and bubble hockey table for myself and not have go visit the rents haha

Going to see Phantom of the Opera again on Friday!

Saw it last Thursday but now we want to see it again while Adrianne's Aunt is in town.

albeit they had some technical difficulties with the Chandelier on the last performance that was haunting in it self. First the Chandelier wouldn't rise to the ceiling after the auction scene so they had to put down the curtain and turn on the house lights. Then at the falling scene they must have given it too much viagra to get it up that it wouldn't fall lol added to the effects

i love that musical!

Does the house have a walk out basement? If not, I can easily see them leaving those types of appliances. Getting those up stairs can be a pain (maybe not for professional movers)...

Party at OsGod's pad...

No it does not have a walk out.... very good point indeed! The stove is this ancient thing which looks pretty sweet. I am guessing it was bough (along with the upright freezer) back in the late 60's as a matching set. its a pretty amazing addition. some updates will be needed but like the inspector said, "this is the best house he has seen in a long long time... great steal!"

Ok, since I looked, I thought I'd share a story with you all.

Last Tuesday, I had the opportunity to attend a baseball fundraiser in Kalamazoo. So, I went, driving over 100-150 miles just to be there (I had free tickets, and I wasn't going to let them go to waste).

The highlight of my evening was the autograph signings. How many did I get, you may ask? Well, I got some... two, to be exact. Who where they? Well, they weren't former players, but they were just as good... why, they were none other than Billy Dee Williams (the actor), and the San Diego Chicken (the governor of Kansas). Can you believe my luck? These two in the same place (Michigan of all places) at the same time? Wow, just wow.

What a day. I don't think I'll ever have quite a day as I did that Tuesday (of all days).

They'll probably be left. Appliance moving is a PITA, and most are cheaper to just leave.

and supposedly the house is an estate with one child living near Grayling and the other working in Chicago... so yeah they are probably just going to forget the stuff in the basement. And being a drafter/CAD designer, i hope they leave the 72" drafting board down there... what an artifact! you can't barely find them anymore!
