puckhog419 0 Report post Posted August 10, 2007 hows your knee doing? i wanted to run 4 miles yesterday and i only ran 3 and walked the last because my knee felt a little funny. but i went to play hockey today and it was feeling better so that is a good sign i love running Running is my nemesis when i stress out, i run a lot or when i need to work out. i am a pretty small guy (no upper body strength) so running makes a good work out for me Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
