Lilja throws a great hit on Gagne, and then I believe it was Gauthier who came after him for doing so? And Lilja f-ing TURTLES and is holding his hands above his head. Now I know Dennis came from behind but DO YOU HAVE TO BE SUCH A WUSS? Get the hell up and DEFEND yourself. Also..the fact that NONE of the Wings on the ice at the time even TRIED to help Lilja out pisses me the hell off. He's your teammate..DO SOMETHING. And then the hit on Joey. STICK UP FOR HIM TOO. Wings were absolutely man handled in the first and im getting very much sick of it. I'm sick of teams thinking they can take full advantage of the Wings with their physicality and grit while the Wings just stand there, taking crap from the teams and doing absolutely nothing about. I swear if Holland does not address this before the deadline..I'll probably scream. I want our Wings to be TOUGH and be able to play TOUGH with the big boys and physical teams in the league. I was hella excited...but alone So Lilly turtled? Ukh...useless. So basically Lilly had a good hit...got hit in the head (thank God otherwise he could have gotten hurt) four or five times...didn't fight back...then we got a 4 minutes power play...on which PHILLY scored.
