Well, better late than never...but I sure hope this gets better.

The first period wasn't that bad at all, you guys. It certainly wasn't great, but take away the cheap goal, and it's a pretty solid first period on the road against a team like Calgary.

They will need to stop taking ridiculous penalties and things might be okay.

cheap goal?? we're lucky it's not 4 nothing. they were all over us.

Actually, for all intents and purposes, it was a cheap goal in that Langkow didnt have to work hard for it. He was all alone with all kinds of time in front of the net on a powerplay.

yeah, it was basically gift-wrapped. that and several other quality chances. the wings are a very generous team. :cool:
