Obviously there was no intent on Bertuzzi's part, and the blues guy was on his way to the ice, but the stick WAS above bertuzzi's shoulder so there is no way for them to really not call it. BULLs*** CALL!! Nothing about that in the rulebook. If it was followthrough by Bert (pass, shot, dump-in), then it wouldn't be a highsticking call. There are calls ALL THE TIME in cases where a collision occurs, players go down, and a stick comes up. Contrary to popular belief, the refs aren't out to get us in THIS game.
