wingslogo19 281 Report post Posted March 31, 2007 Let Buffalo have it. We can still top the West without winning that hunk of bad luck trash. Yeah i want the Sabres to have it.. But now here's my next question... The flames or the stars first round?

Hockey13Playa 240 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Buffalo winning would make my day. Mainly cuz i want toronto to make the playoffs. Are you watching the Maple Leaf's game right now? There playing pretty good, there up 4-2! and as for the Stars, there up 3-

Flip-check 6 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Yeah i want the Sabres to have it.. But now here's my next question... The flames or the stars first round? I think everyone would agree that the Stars are our best pick. Our worst? SJ, Calg, and Vancouver. However, longterm, I'm thinking we'll at least face one of them. I'm seeing the Flames as a sure-bet for the 8th seed.. and the Wild, Dallas, and SJ will float between the #5 and 7 spots. This is my dream situation for how the 1st round squares up though: #1 NASH v. #8 CAL #2 ANA v. #7 SJ #3 VAN v. #6 MIN #4 DET v. #5 DAL But I'm not sure if we shouldn't face the Flames and be forced to get our crap together at the beginning. Or if that'd mean another first round exit.

BlueMonk 102 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 No fireworks or anything yet. In fact, the Predators have looked pretty sleepy out there, not much energy so far.
Lou_Siffer 1 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Thats surprising...and rather pathetic on Dallas' part if no one does anything. I predict Barch vs Tootoo with 10:34 left in the 2nd!
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Arnott off for unsportsmanlike conduct. Heh. "Arnott is a sissy..." Crisp and Weber are whining. I hate the Nashville feed. Radulov crawling back to the Nashville bench. Hurt? Ah crap. Radulov scores.
BlueMonk 102 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Barch is dressed, so here's to still hoping we'll see something. It's a close enough game that they might be waiting it out. I think Nashville wins this game. The Stars failed to convert a 2 minute 5 on 3. Very, very hard to win a game when you do that.
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 Preds have HUGE momentum now. Not what I want to see.

Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted April 1, 2007 (edited) Jeez, Bob Cole and Jim Hughson talking rather nonchalantly about a fan that has apparently "passed out" in the stands, and is requiring "cardiac work" so as to be "revived." I know Mats Sundin and Sidney Crosby are real cool dudes, but the situation doesn't exactly lend itself to hockey-talk. Oh man, Don just called Ponikarovsky "Pocahontas." Like, the Disney movie.
