We match up better against the Wild, they have a rookie goalie in net, and plus, we don't have to travel to western Canada. We all know the conspiracies that have taken place there. Seriously, what the hell is Mike thinking there? Lang, Holmstrom, and Hudler over Filppula? No, that's dumb. Hudler does nothing but wrists it everytime, and always misses. Holmstrom tries an elaborate deke that the goalie never bites on, and Lang just goes up and gives it right to the goalie. God I ******* hate shootouts. I don't care about the loss though, although it's embarrassing to lose to Chicago. I'm just annoyed with Babcock's decisions. At worst we finish second now, so who cares? The Wild and Flames are like apples and oranges. I'd actually prefer the Wild, sooo... whatever. Central Division Champs everyone, be proud. I see nothing wrong with him putting Lang out there..especially with the fantastic game he had. I don't see a problem with Hudler either. So really..I don't see the big deal in all this. I still can't believe that they only got 1 point out of it, and Ozzie got the loss in his last game this season. I know sometimes coaches like the play the hot hand, and Bob had an outstanding game, but he just can't figure it out. He pretty much gets stuffed going five-hole (or in this case, low glove side) every time. If we could do it again: Pavel, Rex, Stein, Flipper (Eye-Em-Oh, anyhow). datsyukismyfriend 4 Report post Posted April 6, 2007 i'm worried about this team. they aren't playing with any heart. they're playing one period of hockey a night and that's not going to get it done. we're either playing calgary or the wild in the first round and both are going to be a lot more hungry than us. if we play the flames in the first we could be in serious trouble. what does it take to get this team motivated????
