Anyone else see that Ha-SUCK sign behind Dom? So I guess we can put Ducky fans up there with Nashville and St. Louis as the class of the NHL.

You've just now noticed how "classy" the Ducks fans are? :D

Ducks VS. Sens Stanley Cup Finals

Who Wins

Sens. Essentially no injuries. Great shutdown Dmen. Unstoppable top line. Hot goaltender. If Giguere can be beatable through 6 games with what the Wings have, the top line of Ottawa will be on it. Not to mention tons of rest for Ottawa and next to zero travel. They are also faster and bigger than the Wings, but the key is offense for the Sens.

Im with you. A few tweaks and this team could be unstoppable. Hell, with a healthy Bert, Hank, Kronner, and Schneider, it probably wouldve been unstoppable!

Amen.

In terms of Kronner, I have to admit that my patience for his bad luck with injuries is wearing thin...and I know it's not his fault. If he can make it through next season relatively injury-free (i.e. no major injuries), it'll ease my mind considerably. Having such an injury-prone defenseman just isn't good for the blue line, though. It's a good thing Lids is so consistent on that front.

pretty soon everyone that was headed for bed is going to

be coming back here saying "i told you they would be fine"

after saying "f@ck this" and calling our boys pansies.

If the Red Wings don't win. I like to see somebody intentionally injure Pronger or Niedermayer. The Ducks don't deserve the Cup.

no... we will not sink to that level

Uncalled for.

Doesn't mean I would mind seeing Pronger get caught in a rut on the ice, but still.

Emery is a great goalie, far better than Giguere, IMO. What will kill the Yucks is Ottawa's unbelievable ability to generate goals, they are a scoring machine. Unlike our Wings, unfortunately.

Yeah I know what you mean. But which season was it that he was called up for Grand Rapids and was a frickin machine playing for the Red Wings before he broke his leg. Was it 2004? I cant remember. Im cautiously optimistic that he could just be a late bloomer though. After all the injuries Jiri Fischer had, it took him a good 4 years to get back to his rookie form where he was awesome. Im holding out on that for Kronner.
