YoungGuns1340 1 Report post Posted May 23, 2007 They have a good young core of players to build around. But guys like Calder and Bertuzzi and Lang gotta go. It's time to rebuild. The talent is still there to make the playoffs, but the time is now to rebuild. Unless you'd rather be teased for the next 10 years and waste both Zetta's and Dats' primes...... No. I agree about Calder and Lang having to go. Not sure about Bertuzzi, because we have yet to see him healthy, and his huge body at %100 could be a big difference maker. Keep in mind the guy is playing with a bad back after not playing for essentially 2 years (suspended during the lockout, then injuries this year). I wouldnt mind seeing him back, but Im not set on it. Either way, a replacement for Lang, and possible a replacement for Schneider and/or Markov. There are a lot of bright spots on this team.
