He'll be top 5 in scoring at the end of the year. I dont like bringing this stuff up, it's really beating a dead horse, Crosby, Thornton and Ovechkin will all slow down too, that wont stop one of them from winning the Hart, Ross and Richard trophys.

For them to "slow down", wouldn't that imply that they're scoring bunches of points right now? Zetts has almost twice as many points as both Crosby and Thornton and nearly three times as many as Ovechkin.

Um, perhaps you didn't notice, but Emma is, shall we say "doubly blessed". I'm sure Hank has noticed. He says that she is a nice girl (Lidas backed that up in an interview over the summer). I'm sure she is a nice girl in person; but in that video, her personality isn't what's being sold. I'm just giving credit where it's due. If they have their own zip code, they get seperate mention.

Hank is a hard worker, and a player who is surpassing superlatives. If and when he slows down, it will certainly be for reasons other than jealousy over another man. He seems to have his head on pretty straight.

He's a smart guy, he knows how to read a play and makes the right decisions, not as much as Nick though. Nick has got to be the smartest person I know of.

This is kind of off topic, but what would you say to a man selling himself in an equivalent manner? I don't see any difference, even though I'm not really in support of either... I also don't really care all that much aside though because it doesn't affect me directly.

If not in as obvious a sexual way, an equivalent might be a studly looking Nick Lachey who sings songs of love and vulnerability to adoring female fans, who in turn flock to someone who's very attractive. And who focuses on themes in his music they further find attractive.

How did we get on the topic? Well, the very first post in the thread connected us to a vidoe of Emma flopping about half naked like a dying carp whilst singing a duet with another man (at least I think he's a man). The post went on to wonder if forcing Hank to view this repeatedly would help him should he enter a scoring slump. The rest of us are just saying "yay" or "nay".

Personally, I think Hank's a mature man who has dealt with being a sex object for thousands of love-starved females. He has said that he is dating Emma the person, not the actress (or something like that). IOW, he loves her for who she is. He is fully aware that her job is to entertain people. She does that by singing, acting, talk-show-hosting and flaunting her body. He, in turn, makes his living shooting a cold rubbery thingie at a net, selling clothes online, and posing for wallpaper that makes even middle-aged hags like me drool (see his website).

So that's how we got on this topic. Personally, I think that should he enter a slump, we should let him borrow Chris Chelios' lucky jockstrap. What's to stop Chris Chelios' jockstrap from scoring on its own?
