Thanks for posting the link. Scotty's humor is underrated IMO too. Very good interview. I really enjoyed the stick story. That was hilarious.

i though Miller did alright. He's is a bit enamored with Gretzky and Crosby. Scotty is a class act and looks to be in fine form. We should be grateful to have him on our side. A hidden weapon to be sure. I figured it'd be fun to throw it up there.

Yeah, that had me pretty annoyed. It reminded me of any hockey conversation I've had in AZ or CO where the person knew extremely little about the sport. "So that Gretzky was good right?"

Well, at least the show had hockey on, and without making fun of it.

There was a good article about Miller's show in a recent Sports Illustrated. The writer said Miller seemed forced, and he definitely seemed forced in his interview with Scotty.

Dennis Miller belongs back on HBO where a select audience that likes his style will pay for him to be on TV.

He doesn't know a lot about sports and uses big words to confuse people to think he is making sense. His long winded stories about weird unrelated topics and big $.50 words are all a disguise to cover up his lack of knowledge.

He was a part of one of the worst football announcer teams ever!

It was funny to watch him read all of his questions to Scotty because he knew he had a great hockey mind on his stage and he couldn't bull s*** his knowledge.

BTW I love Tony, Jaws, and Tirico on MNF!!!

I like Miller, but that interview was hard to watch. He talked to Scotty like he was a senile, partially deaf old man.

Still, I like Miller and all, but it did look forced. Like maybe he didn't do enough research.
