CrossCheck24 2 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Living in Chicago these three have been advertised like they are running for president. With the way they have been playing, it looks like they are going to be a force if not this year, in the next couple. Maybe a solid D man would make this team a contender? Any thoughts? HudlerRULES 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Well it is also the first time the hawks have been on TV to. Their games were never broadcast so they could get ppl to the Stadium. Hawks still suck though so it don't matter. If they wanna suck on TV to that is fine.
Earthhuman 8 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Looking at the talent coming up, they better be good! I believe Cam Barker (or whatever) is the next big thing in Chicago on defense.
YoungGuns1340 1 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Sharp is having a break out year. Those shorties just keep on coming for him. Im most impressed with the defensive awareness of Sharp and Toews. I guess Sharp is just a bit of a late bloomer offensively, as hes 26 tomorrow.

Icer 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Are the Hawks on the rise? They had nowhere to go but up. They are still terribly inconsistent and will be lucky to make the playoffs.
GMRwings1983 8,804 Report post Posted December 27, 2007 Khabibulin staying healthy has been their key to success this year. The backup is Lalime, I believe, and we all know what he can do when he starts, which is nothing.
shannyfan1414 0 Report post Posted December 28, 2007 They do seem to be doing the right things in Chi town. I love the fact that they are finally making themselves a better team. I miss the old days of the DET vs. CHI games when both were top teams in the league. Those were some great battles that i'm hoping we will get to see again in the near future. They are on the right path.
