Stuart's impressing me.

And yes...should be a tie game. If we lose 3-2, Babcock and Holland should raise hell with league officials.

I'm also enjoying Stuart's work tonight. A lot of people were pretty shady after seeing his +/- with L.A.. but nobody on that team had a good +/- to help each other out :P

If Babs and Kenny don't raise hell.. we ought to. That's absolutely ridiculous. How does a puck potentially being out of play NOT become important enough to review? I know (as someone said) the chances are slim but when they DO happen.. it should be a big enough deal to review. Especially when it turns into a goal, and at this point - the potential game winner.

And if Sammy is the only person on our team who can score.... God save us all!

Is Brett Lebda's name "Brett Lebda with Speed"? I think that's his full name...I don't really ever recall ever hearing Ken Daniels call him just "Brett Lebda"

The +/- stat is the most pointless stat going around. Sure it means something, but by no means does it indicate the quality of an individual player.

They just repositioned the HD feed on FSD and it OBVIOUSLY hit the mesh. And there was a ref standing RIGHT THERE.

HE WAS ABOUT TO BLOW THE GODDAMN WHISTLE AND DIDN'T.

I'm no conspiracy nut, but...

Michigan lost a point against Miami for the same thing. Maybe they should put some slack in the netting so that the puck doesn't just bounce off it back onto the ice. Make it more loose so that it obviously dies when it hits the net. Or move the net back a few feet so that it rolls right down to the bottom, rather than back onto the ice.

That's funny....

Kind of like in baseball stadiums? Makes sense to me.

I am beginning to think that we are cursed. No matter what we do we cannot seem to win a game. I really do Like Stuart I hope that he decides to Stay in Detroit. I hope that he can inspire some of the other Red Wings to be more physical.

Yeah, Rob Blake's +/- was only slightly better, but still negative.
