Nick name for Abdelkader

Ok it's about time we need to come up with a nick name for Abdelkader. Although I think Abdelkader is a good name for a hockey player, it would be great if I don't have to type his full name everytime.

Also I find news articles are starting to call him 'Abby' and I just don't think it is a good one for Justin. I think he needs something more mean and intimidating.

ok so I will go first

AK47, Kader, Darth Kader

Well the rest of the Wings will probably call him Abs...just because they seem to like to shorten the names that way, i.e Lebs, Lils, Drapes, Malts, etc.

I agree but Abs sounds like, well, the abs you find on your stomach and unless his are like rock hard or something incredible, that would be a really odd nickname. I know hockey players love to shorten a last name in half, then add a Y or an S to it - keep it short and sweet - but for him I think you'll hear them say "Kaders" before "Abs." Definitely could be wrong though lol

I call him Abracadabra.

Does that mean we get to hear the song "Abra- abra- cadabra...i want to reach out and grab ya" every time he gets a holding call? If so, then im all for it.
