daniel1 32 Report post Posted April 10, 2008 Its actually been pretty even. Good to see you around. We've had a few really good chances, and Dom has made a few solid saves. Oh yeah, and every Canadian almost smashed their TV because TSN is tide up with the Masters. Haha. So I have it online. My foot print is still eerily visible over my screen, lol. They did have the decency (TSN) to switch the feed for hockey game to the alternate channel, which I hope everyone gets (?). Maybe cable subscribers don't but Bell/Star Choice users should all get it so even though it doesn't say it on the guide, the game is now on the TSN alternate feed. They did miss a lot of the first period though until some fan in Toronto stormed the TSN headquarters wearing a vintage Lee Norwood Wings jersey and brandishing a garden hoe. That's what other teams always seem to do to us, so why not turn it around? Meanwhile, we're getting into the slot and driving to the net pretty well tonight. I'm still not quite happy with the amount of time that we've spent in our own zone, but with the score being 1-0, I can't complain too much. Kill off the rest of that garbage penalty at the start of the 2nd and it'll set a good tone for the rest of the period.I agree. The Wings' positional play was good in the first, but the execution was off. But I think they'll settle in and connect more on their passes--and their shots!
