Lidsyukerberg 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 Was it just me, or did Homer seem like he was in a cranky mood last night? He didn't seem like his normal jovial self. He really looked cranky, like he had a terrible day. Totally unlike him. Although, it did make him kind of scrappy, and I thought that was kind of cool. Lidsyukerberg 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 I mean the mad look he was sporting all night. I don't mean his energy. He just looked like he was in a really bad mood. I'm not really talking anything about the game, just as a person he looked grumpy.

RainingBlood 8 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 Lol yet again Os you win the day. yeah but anyone notice near the end of the 3rd period with I think like 5 to go how homer was battling in the corner and got cross checked in the back to the ice. The ref definately turned a blind eye to that one.
HOCKEY MATTERS 167 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 yeah but anyone notice near the end of the 3rd period with I think like 5 to go how homer was battling in the corner and got cross checked in the back to the ice. The ref definately turned a blind eye to that one. In a nutshell. Usually the Wings can win 10 on 5 hockey. All Trotz's whining about games 1 & 2 ....seems like the refs are selective about calls. Not complaining at all...as I said the Wings can usually play through 10 on 5. I think we will see a different game on many levles on Friday.
Real1 2 Report post Posted April 17, 2008 I didn't quite make it out, but didn't the ref tell him to "Get in the frickin box"?

That powerplay could have changed the game. Edited April 17, 2008 by RainingBlood

He did give a pretty sweet pass to set up one of Dats' goals if I remember correctly... I thought he played alright, had a couple of good deflections on goal.
