If the only symptom reported is mild to severe chronic headaches, then there are hundreds of possible conclusions that can be drawn. There simply isn't enough evidence to come to a reasonable conclusion at this point. Yes, it could be a blood clot in the head, but it could also be a concussion, meningitis, any other of the hundreds of infections both bacterial and viral, migraines of any type, artery inflammation, and/or countless other things. My view is that the more time that goes by with no new, the less likely it is something serious. If it had been a blood clot, I think by now it would have been found and announced. I'm guessing they really haven't found anything so there is nothing to report, probably ruled out all serious stuff and they will do some more tests tomorrow or something before just passing them off as stress, tension, or fatigue headaches.
