seeinred 1,488 Report post Posted May 17, 2008 It started @ 1PM. Which is a bit early,usually we start around three o'clock. So has anyone impressed so far? Hudler's been kind of beastly actually. I was pretty frustrated myself but I've hit some level of patient zen...at least for now. All it takes is one more goal to even it up and change the game entirely. One shot. One opportunity. I can't even tell you how many times in the playoffs he's sold-out to try and hit someone in open ice and missed. Caused Hudler to take a penalty there...luckily we killed it off. I want us to blitz Turco and win on our own terms, without the refs help. Why would the refs not want to help an original 6 instead of a team below the Mason-Dixon line? Believe me, if we win that way, none of us will be complaining. I'm not sure if your sarcasm is directed at me, I was merely pointing out the chaos that ensues here. To echo Matt, the Wings need to take quality shots and follow up hard. They haven't been doing much of that so far, and that's the big reason why they're in this hole. I think Milbury's wrong in saying they look scared, but when you're taking the kinds of shots the Wings have been taking, you don't exactly look in control either.
