What was even cooler is that the DMV changed the color for the lettering on NC plates from blue to red. There's no way that it can't be just a coincidence in my mind. In all seriousness though, most of the talking heads are Canadian. Sydney is an absolute god in Canada and there is no way that most of the talking heads are going to pick against him. Combine that with the fact that Lids is going to be the first European Captain to win the cup and well you can image that there are going to be some pissed off Canadians next week. WIngs in 5 and Don Cherry has an anuerism and his head explodes on national tv. Don Cherry picked us to win, and unlike most candian pundints, Cherry has some negative stuff to say about Crosby, mainly about being a *****. There are a lot of people up here who are absolutely tired of his actions on the ice, his constant whining and diving. As a Swedish citizen AND a Red Wing's fan there is only ONE hockey god and that's Yzerman. And I tried really hard not to be blasphemous but I failed. Meh.
