timothy1997 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2008 I dont get this post, are you supposed to try and guess what teams will win what games? this is a game that we are playing each week where you pick a team in a game to "guarntee a win" with. The catch is you can only pick one team once. Keep tabs as this game probably will be "reset" at some midway point.

Guest GordieSid&Ted Report post Posted October 16, 2008 Timothy, this game most certainly won't last the entire season. How about starting it over once a single member is left? That 1 person still gets crowned KING of the Hill though, right? A second round is a consolation round, no?
timothy1997 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2008 That 1 person still gets crowned KING of the Hill though, right? A second round is a consolation round, no? OF COURSE!!! It's called 2nd chance for a reason. EVERYONE ELSE IS PLAYING FOR SECONDS IN THIS GAME!! I AM GOING TO BE KING OF THE HILL!!
ArcticWing 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2008 still a lot of people who are still alive that need to make their predictions. People are waiting how the games just before weekend end, before they make their picks. Wise move by doing so. Ducks don't look great, now do they. But I was afraid, that I would forget to take my pick on time, so I took my pick early on. OF COURSE!!! It's called 2nd chance for a reason. EVERYONE ELSE IS PLAYING FOR SECONDS IN THIS GAME!! Dream on You can edit your picks up to the 7pm friday deadline, so feel free to make an early pick and then adjust it later on. Perfectly exceptable. Just don't edit past the deadline. Perfectly exceptable. Just don't edit past the deadline. So would this situation not be allowed?: say someone is still in the game and forgets to make a pick by the Friday games, could they make their pick on a Saturday or Sunday game and still be valid? (or if they forget both Fri and Sat and pick Sunday for that matter)

(or if they forget both Fri and Sat and pick Sunday for that matter) I am thinking of making that a rule change for next game. I dont have a problem with that. You pretty much are limiting the games you can pick from by waiting.

Guest CaliWingsNut Report post Posted October 18, 2008 Picking from the bottom depths again.... Nashville @ Columbus on Friday Hehe.... RISKY pick, I didn't realise how risky until I read the postgame wrap up... "The victory ended Nashville's string of 16 consecutive games with a point against Columbus (15-0-1). It was the longest active streak in an NHL regular-season series."
