San Jose vs Pittsburgh

Yup. Mike Green just tied the record for the most consecutive games with a goal - 7. If he scores in his next game, he'll be a record holder. Dudes a sniper, not a Dman.

He has a REALLY decent +/- he can't be all that bad on the backend.

I think he's a liability as a D-man (for a top four defenseman), probably the best goal scoring defenseman but I don't think he should be considered among the top Norris candidates. Most of Washington has a good +/- and that stat can often be misleading.

Edit: I felt the need to clarify after posting this... I think that Mike Green is the best offensive defenseman in the league and will be for quite some time, however, I think his offensive ability often overshadows his defensive blunders. Although, if I had a guy who is manufacturing more goals than he is keeping out, I suppose I can live with that.

Attaboy Croz! (throws up a little in his mouth) But I can't argue with denying the Sharks a point, though--it was a nice goal. I wish those f***ers would lose in regulation already though... I think the next Cup will be decided in the WCF.
