Wings_Rule_1010 4 Report post Posted February 25, 2009 I always hated Theo Fleury. Maybe I think it is irrational because he's been gone for so long I can't REMEMBER why I hate him. Oh yeah. Good ole' theo fleury. This is kinda random, but does anyone remember when he was with the Rangers and he took a run at Chelios and completely missed and went really hard into the boards? That is how I will always remember Fleury. Anyways. I also I have a weird hatred for Turco that I can't quite figure out. I mean he went to Michigan and he usually losing to the Wings. whitneydatsyukrox 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2009 I completely forgot about Phaneuf. He bothers me so much for no legit reason. I would get so annoyed when he'd get "Norris-buzz," I just always thought there were far more worthy defensemen- not even just Lidstrom. And for some reason or other, I'm very happy that he's on pace for career lows in goals, points, +/-, shot %, the works. I'm also happy that Lidstrom's shot % is almost 9 when Phaneuf's is almost 4%, and Lidstrom has many a year on Phaneuf. Oh, and Lidstrom's +/- is better, even goal total when Phaneuf is talked about often for his "hard shot' *cringe.* But oh wait! Phaneuf is also known for his bone-crushing hits. But this season, he sits in 24th place among defensemen Stuart is even ahead of Phaneuf, and he's played 15 fewer games. I just really don't like him, and find joy in his shortcomings. I just can't stand the way he plays with his slashing and diving and crying. After the last Wings/Stars game he said the Homer has made an art out of pulling d-men into him so he could run into the goalie without it being called goalie interference. What a stupid comment. C-TownWing 0 Report post Posted February 26, 2009 One more to add for me that I was just reminded of tonight: fans at the Joe on the side by the camera that turn around and wave. Irritates the crap out of me for no good reason. I also hate fans that leave before the end of periods/game, they block the play a lot of the time (that one's rational).
