Geeezuss, Shore. I am very sorry to hear about your myriad of illnesses too. Got any chicken soup? Hot tea? Believe it or not, if you don't have the throw-up kind of flu, even warm Seven-Up helps. No, I'm not a Jewish mother but I am working on my Empath badge in Girl Scouts. :angel_not:

Warm 7-Up and saltines are a godsend when you don't have the nauseous flu. When I was a kid, we always had bottles of it in the pantry, where it would stay warm, in the event of someone getting sick.

Also, drink lots of Gatorade. You need to replenish fluids, even if you're not throwing up.

I've drank V8 (splash), a lot of juices, have eaten fruits, veggies, chicken noodle, and several cups of Honey Nut Cheerios (without milk). No nausea or fever, so might consider the 7-up. Wonder if some extra stout Guinness might kill some of them bacteria/viruses. :lol:
