Give each coach 3 challenges, any penalty call, any questionable call, any thing, goes on the big screen, everyone and the refs watch it. The refs huddle, review the call, change their mind or stick with the original call and move on. Simple, solves so many problems, and only takes 30 seconds. Are you serious? In tennis the ball is either in or out..end of story...I can see challenging an offside but a penalty? As we've all come to know every ref in this league calls penalities differently so what would be the point of reference they would use to determine what is actually a penalty!! The play would already be over and it's not like they're going to give the team a free faceoff in the offensive zone. Don't fix it if it ain't broken.
