Except not everyone goes to the game and they don't always show that stuff on TV. I never saw it, and I watched the whole game. They may show it on FSD, though. Maybe something more along the lines of, "Hey Stripes, what does rule 47.22 say?" Still obscure, but a bit less so than just having "47.22" on a sign. The point of having a sign is to get noticed and having some obscure NHL rule on a sign is not going to get noticed. Keeping it general is key.
